To give you that extra incentive to keep working hard this winter, K2 Transformation has created a 6 week Indoor Boot Camp to make training fun, to keep you on track and consistently turning up, and help you progress towards your fitness goals. Boot camps mix the fun group training atmosphere with a range of strength training and cardio exercises, designed to suit all fitness levels. The combined energy of the group makes exercise fun, motivational, and inspirational. Working out in a group can give us the confidence and support we need to unleash our true physical potential, which can also help us start to enjoy exercise rather than see it is a chore. K2 Transformation’s private fitness studio means that you aren’t out in the dark and cold, so there are no excuses to avoid having fun and getting fit this winter.
