This class caters to people of all ages and fitness levels and can be adapted from
beginner to advanced. The ultimate high intensity bodyweight class. 30 minutes of a variety
of whole body movements to increase your metabolism, preserve/increase muscle mass,
increase fitness and burn fat.
Full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, plyometrics, and isometric poses.
