Whether your goal is to start exercising, improving your overall well being, develop muscular capacity, injury prevention, stress release or to maintain the health of an ageing body, whatever your goal may be, one on one personal training is focused solely on you and what you want to achieve. In a home based private studio space, there are no distractions, intimidating machines or people, this is your time to focus on what matters to you.
Programs are individually tailored towards the unique client goal, with a dedicated focus on ensuring exercise selection is specific to the goal and to enhance everyday functional movement patterns. With a special interest in strength training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, joint mobilisation and client education, programs follow a 4 to 6 week training block allowing the client to become familiar, competent and confident with the movement patterns, strength and power requirements and mind muscle connection.

Open for all ages and fitness abilities, boxing fitness is an overall body workout, improving reflexes, co-ordination, agility, strength and stamina. No previous boxing experience is necessary with equipment provided for your workout. Teaming up with a partner, you will master the basics of punching and pad catching, learning boxing combinations together with cardio and core conditioning. Regardless of skill level, this workout is a great way to finish the day and release any pent up tension.
Team training to build strength & mobility and improve your cardio & co-ordination
Open for all ages and fitness abilities, get together every second Saturday morning with likeminded people to kickstart your weekend. Exercising in the great outdoors, this Bootcamp has no mud troughs, barbed wire or screaming drill Sergeants!! A fun, light-hearted way to get the body to move, the majority of these sessions are bodyweight combining strength, mobility, cardio and co-ordination. Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and an open mind.

Open for all ages and fitness abilities, short, sharp circuit style workout to get in, get done and then into your busy day. The circuit focuses on training muscle groups to enhance better functioning bodies to deal with daily movements. Working the mind as well as the body, we focus on improving overall movement patterns, strength, flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular capacity.
